Macmillan Fundraiser Weeks!

This year at Edward Worlledge we aimed for even bigger and better for our fundraising towards Macmillan Cancer Support!

Across 2 weeks we managed to host a variety of activities, inclusive for all age groups – all in the name of raising money for this amazing charity.

On 22/09/2025 we held a Bake Off – pupils were encouraged to bring in their tastiest and most beautiful bakes to be judged by our wonderful kitchen team. The following day was a simple, wear green to school! The sea of green on our playground was a site to behold. We finished off this first week with a Wednesday Cake Sale! Super Scrummy!

Our 2nd week of fundraising was an exciting visit from Hallee the Yorkshire Terrier – we’re not sure who was more excited – Hallee, our pupils or our staff! We rounded off our Macmillan efforts with a Feel Good Friday – coffee morning for our parents and lots of free and fun activities throughout the day for our pupils.

We would like to thank you all for your support – we managed to raise an impressive £225.11!
